Promotional Giveaway Rules
Mystic Valley Communications will award a free NMEA 2000 Bridge plus Bridgebuilder™ software to marine electronics dealers in accordance with these Promotional Giveaway Rules.
How to Enter
Dealers may enter on-line at http://www.netsavvy.com and/or http://www.nmea2000solutions.com during the months of July to September 2011. To enter, a dealer must find the giveaway sign up form at either website identified above and enter all the required information for the form. All entries must be submitted by 30 September 2011. The winners will be notified via e-mail. If you are selected and meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, the Prize will be delivered to the name and address that you provide with your entry.
Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Entrants must be employed by, or own, an installing marine electronics dealer with a place of business within one of the fifty (50) United States, within Washington, DC, or within one of the ten (10) Canadian Provinces. Multiple entries from more than one employee of the same dealer will be considered one entry and that dealer’s eligibility and entry order will be determined based on the first entry made. All entries are subject to verification by Mystic Valley Communications. Verification that the entry is from a bona fide installing marine electronics dealer will be determined by conferring with the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA), other trade organization, and/or trade reference.
Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.
Privacy
By entering, each entrant agrees to this Web site's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and the rules stated herein.
Winners/Prize
The Prize for this giveaway is a single NMEA 2000 Bridge plus a BridgeBuilder™ software authorization key licensed for use in the dealer’s shop. One Prize will be awarded to each 100th dealer to enter at one of the two listed websites. Entries from each website will be combined in a single list and the order of entry will be determined via computer generated timestamp on each entry. A maximum of ten (10) prizes will be awarded to the 100th, 200th, … entries.
All prizes are non-transferable. Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (as more fully discussed below). All expenses not specified herein, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, are each winner’s sole responsibility.

A list of winners will be made available after October 15, 2011. To obtain a winner's list, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Mystic Valley Communications, 88 Oakwood Road, Mystic, CT 06355, Attn: WINNERS LIST.
Disclaimer/Other Requirements
All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Mystic Valley Communications. Except where prohibited by law, by entering this Giveaway, each entrant consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, likeness and biographical data and/or any other information contained in his/her entry in advertising, promotional and marketing materials by Mystic Valley Communications without additional compensation. In addition, by entering, all entrants, except where prohibited by law, consent to being photographed, filmed, taped and/or interviewed about the Giveaway and\or their experience using the awarded prize. In connection therewith, all entrants grant full permission and consent to Mystic Valley Communications to utilize any of the results of such photographing, filming, taping and/or interviewing in any and all media now known or hereafter devised and hereby release Mystic Valley Communications from all liability related thereto.
Winners may be required to sign, have notarized and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within five (5) days of receipt of such document(s) or Prize will be forfeited. If this Giveaway is not capable of running as planned, including, because of any infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause beyond Mystic Valley Communications’ control which corrupts or threatens to corrupt or adversely affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway, Mystic Valley Communications reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Giveaway, including the option to perform a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to such cancellation, suspension or modification of the Giveaway.
Limitation on Liability
Winner, by acceptance of any Prize, agrees to release Mystic Valley Communications from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of any Prize or while traveling to and from a location to obtain or use any Prize. Mystic Valley Communications makes no warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of any Prize including, without limitation, quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Mystic Valley Communications is not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by Mystic Valley Communications, the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Giveaway and which may limit a participant's ability to participate in this Giveaway. Mystic Valley Communications can modify these official rules in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is provided.
The Giveaway shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. Submission of an entry is acknowledgment of and agreement to be bound by all terms and conditions of these official rules.
